Québec – Registration; British American Bank Note engraved compound die proof of the Two cent and Fifty cent, without BABN imprint, printed in deep green (Zaluski describes it as ‘bottle’ green) on medium vertical wove paper, vertical crease of no importance for this impressive proof - quite likely the only known, Very Fine (Van Dam QR16A, QR21; Zaluski EDQCR2A + 21)  It is interesting to note that only one example of the issued 2 cent orange (Van Dam QR16A) has been reported.
