Newfoundland 124b

1919 Fifteen cent Prussian Blue shade, an appealing, quite well centered corner margin mint block of this surprisingly scarce and distinctive shade, three stamps are never hinged. Fine to Very Fine; 1966 BPA certificate  (Unitrade 124b; catalogue value $2,435+)
Also includes a mint block in the normal shade for comparison.
