1921 Thirty-five cent Halifax Airmail, a nice mint single with INVERTED OVERPRINT ERROR, the rare narrow spacing (1½mm) between "AIR" and "MAIL" and no period after "1921", nicely centered with fresh colour and large part original gum; showing the best centering of the overprint, Very Fine, Original Gum

Dalwick and Harmer reported four panes received the inverted overprint in error. This example is allocated to the first pane, which received a well centered overprint vertically and horizontally.

A VERY RARE INVERTED OVERPRINT WHICH CAN ONLY BE FOUND TWICE IN EACH PANE (POSITIONS 15 AND 25) - ONLY EIGHT EXAMPLES CAN POSSIBLY EXIST.
