1853 One penny red brown on blued paper, imperforate, a selected mint single surrounded by well clear to large margins, this stamp is notorious for having tight spacing between stamps, exceptionally fresh with a lovely, sharp impression and retaining a large part original gum. A scarce stamp in such nice condition, Very Fine, Original Gum (Unitrade 1; catalogue value $6,000)
