1996 Forty-five cent Greetings “Special Occasions”, a very rare intact booklet showing all ten self-adhesive stamps imperforate WITHOUT DIE CUTTING. A mere six imperforate booklets have been recorded of which only three are (as of now) still intact, Very Fine, Never Hinged   (Unitrade 1601b; catalogue value $5,000)
