1868-1872 Twelve and One Half cent dark blue on medium horizontal wove paper, an impressive mint block of four with rich colour, unusually well centered, full white original gum; light diagonal bend on upper pair, the lower pair NEVER HINGED. A very scarce mint block with superior centering, Very Fine (Unitrade 28; catalogue value $16,800)
