1857 Seven and One-Half pence dark green on medium wove paper, imperforate, a remarkably fresh mint example in the distinctive deep rich shade – very seldom encountered as such on this particular stamp and in our opinion, undervalued in catalogues; possessing ample to very large margins, razor-sharp impression and large part original gum. A truly difficult shade to find, especially in such outstanding quality, Extremely Fine, Original Gum (Unitrade 9a; catalogue value $30,000+)
