1874 (April 6) A remarkably clean cover mailed from Lucknow, Ontario to Toronto bearing a rare and choice diagonal bisect of the 6c deep yellow brown, superbly tied by circular grid cancel and further by manuscript "3", PAID handstamp at left and very clear Lucknow AP 6 74 split ring; part of backflap missing, Goderich AP 7 and Toronto receiver backstamps, Very Fine+ (Unitrade 39a; catalogue value $5,000)
